BASIC LIVING COSTS

The cost of living is very low in comparison to Western standards. The average salary for a Chinese graduate in most Chinese cities is around 1500 - 2000 RMB per month.
The exchange rate from GBP to RMB (Chinese Yuan) is approximately
1 British pound, to 10RMB.
